can anyone imagine saying president Barack Obama?
Public Comments
- Rolls off the tongue almost as well as Millard Fillmore.
- Nope.
- Try it three times! yeowzer! Nah.....sticks in my throat.
- No, of course not. It's ridiculous.
- Ummmmmmm, that would be a bit unusual, but not incomprehensible.
- no
- THAT WOULD BE THE AMERICAN WAY - WE ARE AT WAR WITH THEM LET'S ELECT ONE.
- Sure, why not?
- yes, much better than Presidunce Bush
- that is not going to happen in his lifetime!! what he better do is get on Board with hillary clinton she will put him on the Ticket!!
- Yup, I can! In fact i'm going to work on his campaign! I LOVE Sen. Barack Obama. He's exactly what the US needs to fix this country. He's the real deal.
- The words "President Dwight Eisenhower" didn't exactly roll easily off the lips, either. If he makes it - and I don't think he will - we'll get used to it. Interestingly, he didn't always use the name Barack. In high school, he was known as "Barry."
- Sure. No problem.
- obama... osama... sounds too much alike. no thanks!
- Here's something even scarier... "President Hillary Clinton"
- yes
- Of course , we say G. W. Bush don't we ?
- Makes as much sense (actually when I think if it, more sense) as saying President George W. Bush. At least his presidency is more likely to be based on some form of reality, unlike W, who pronounced proudly to the world, that his administration was not based on Reality, but instead was based on what God tells him to do.
- I can
- Ummm, maybe if he canged his name to Baraka and had a slicing finshing move.
- You are just wrong.
- Well if George Bush can be president, pretty much anyone could do the job, so YES I can imagine saying it!
- He is not a terrorist and he represents a change this country needs so yes I could
- Why not? I'd prefer to say President Gore.
- Yes, because we're going to.
- Thom Robb has a different title for him.
- as long as their tongues don't slip.
