What happens to America if Barack Obama becomes President?

USA is up for the Presidential ellections in 2008. As far as we see now, it is a tight race for the White House between, Obama and Clinton. In today's America where racisim is till at large, mostly amongst the rednecks, truckers etc all over the country, the folks who can't handle if there is a Mexican or a Black or a Hispanic or a Indian or Pakistani or Arab-American in this country, their iggnorant hate towards the minority groups, what are these people going to do if Obama becomes the next President of the United States?? The racism that is most noticed in the states of OH,MI,NY,PA,IL,KY,TN,NC,SC,MD,DE,NJ and probably in all over the USA.

  1. life as usual
  2. SSDD. Just the way things work. As long as it's not Ms. Clinton or Mr. Huckabee, I'm pretty ok with it.
  3. Sharia Law
  4. I was talking with my neighbor a couple of nights ago. He heard a guy on a radio call-in show who said "I'm not prejudiced but there's no way I'm voting for a black guy!" 8^) Obama is not exactly my ideal candidate, though he's certainly no more flawed than Hillary. I don't know how good a president he'd make but I can't believe he could do as bad a job as the president we have now. It would have to be an improvement. Whenever a Democrat takes the White House--ANY Democrat--the South goes nuts. Conservatives and Republicans will make up all kinds of crap about him. They will accuse him of everything they can think of and repeat the accusations over and over long after they've been discredited. Ask any Republican about Carter or Clinton and you'll see what I mean. So Obama's term in the White House would be a time of unceasing president-bashing. He will be blamed for everything bad that's happened in the last 100 years, and accused of just any crime they can think of. But the same would be true for ANY Democrat. It's just how they work.
  5. Obama is a racist and unqualified to be president
  6. We don't dislike him because he's black, you simpleton. We dislike him because he's a socialist; said socialism would completely destroy the economy. Perhaps you've missed the little detail that every time socialism has been tried (prime examples: most of South America and pretty much all of Europe), it's caused widespread poverty, unemployment, and generally weak countries -- also known as "equally distributed misery." People like you, I believe, are the true racists, for the simple reason that you completely ignore anything else in a situation if there is even the slightest possibility that race plays any factor. This obsession used to be called racism, before a lot of people decided that race shouldn't be a reason to restrict one's natural rights. That obsession has resurged massively, to become an excuse for privileges and special treatments on a scale that not even whites enjoyed during slavery.
  7. It will be a refreshing change and those who are that fear based will just have to learn to deal with it. Some american racism is inherent but based on fear of other races actually adapting and assimilating and becoming successful. The people who are the most fear based and racist are those who feel they have the most to lose. Obama is a refreshing change from southern white people or rich aristocrats who have been in control for the past forty years and have been having the same fraternity/sorority argument since then too. People no matter what their race, religion, gender orientation , disability all have something to contribute to the world .
  8. maybe the racists will realize what fools they have been and let go of there will full ignorance and stupidity.
  9. We will become a third world country within a very short time.Black has nothing to do with it,he talks but he don't do the walk, there are subtle things that just disturb me about him.Notice where is his wife on camera? But Oprah's sure was in sight. He wouldn't wear a flag pin,its just a pin not a name but he refused to wear the symbol of our country, the same country he wants to be President of??I have hesitated to mention these things because I think This election will forever change America but people are not caring or noticing,so for the rest of us we will just suffer the same as we have under Bush.Oh Babylon where has your wealth gone?Where are the buyers and sellers? We are at the doorstep folks!
  10. well it won't be good. my guess would be blood in the streets....but who knows.
