How many people intend to vote for Barack Obama simply because of his black race?

Isn't Barack Obama also Muslim, while the U.S. is currently at war with predominantly Muslim nations? Wouldn't you say this might be perceived as voting for someone with interests or loyalties contrary to the American people, and those instead easily accessible to "enemy" interests? Why, at this crucial time in American history, would people vote for a man based on his racial background? Does that sort of sentiment or mentality actually promise a stable future for America? While history and current affairs in the Middle East have taught us that fundamental Islamic doctrine favors non-secular states which merge politics and religion seamlessly, will Constitutional America and freedoms thrive or grow increasingly dictatorial?

  1. Go away please. Take your nonsense to some conspiracy theory board where they'll love you.
  2. Ditto
  3. He talks nice - looks nice - and has a great smile......some voters tend to be superficial. This is a cruicial time in our history and I would hope people would scratch beneath the surface to see what agenda Obama really has in store for u.s. (us). That would be the biggest infiltration job in history, if Obama was placed in the presidential position of power - by those who wish us harm.
  4. This question is sooo racist. I'm sure that there will be people who don't vote for Barack b/c he is black. He is not Muslim.
  5. Excellent question!!! I definitely won't vote for him for many reasons, including the ones you listed. Nor will I vote for Hitlary and am appalled at those that will vote for her based on her se The fact that people will vote based on those charecteeristcs is extremely scary for the future of our America. Oddly enough, it's those candidates that fail to have a real agenda. It's a shame that people can't think for themselves any more and can't research candidates in order to discover who is interested in bringing America back to America, rather than making a socialist or anti-American nation out of us.
  6. Please open your mind more towards Obama.
  7. You're an idiot. Firstly, he isn't a Muslim. Secondly, even if he was was a Muslim....so what? I'm guessing you're one of these ignorant brainwashed sheep who believe that ALL Muslims are evil and have only one aim in life.....the destruction of America? Am I close? I'll let you in to a little secret.....if you promise not to tell anyone else. Are you ready? Muslims are just the same as Christians, and Jews, and Hindus, and Sikhs, and Buddhists. The VAST majority just want a happy and successful life, with loved ones and friends around them. They just go about their daily lives without wishing anyone harm, including the US. There are a few bad apples there of course, and they MUST be sought out and destroyed, but EVERY religion has those kids of ignorant nutcases in them.
  8. I dont care what color he is. I wouldn't vote for him on his record as a senator. He missed 166 votes-he poorly represents the people who put him in office. And by the way he voted for a pathway to allow illegal immigrants to become citizens. He talks a good game, but hes playing a game where only he can be the winner and tax payers the loser.
  9. I am defiantly not voting for him.
  10. Yep, you proved that you are without reasonable sense. Additionally, "folks" with similar thoughts are clueless about what it really means to be "American", the Constitution, Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights. Did you cut class while this was taught, or were you programmed by FOX News, video games and FEARFUL adults with "phobias"?
  11. go away. you are too dumb to participate. yuk!
  12. i'll vote on whomever i choose, this is my right as an american.
  13. Where America will be if one of those racists on yahoo took it's office and becomes president? There's no freedom with those racists who choose their leaders based on their race what a disgrace
  14. I'd say about 75-80 percent of the people who support him do so because he is black.
  15. I cannot and will not vote for someone who appears to be turning whiter everyday. Does he bleach his skin like Jacko?
  16. This is exactly the kind of misinformation that leads people to make poor decisions. Firstly, the entire premise of this question is flawed. Black people don't vote with one mind. As Al Sharpton's failed candidacy showed, being a part of any particular minority doesn't guarantee their support. Women voters are effectively split in their support/dislike of Hilary Clinton, which is just further proof of my point. Secondly, Obama is NOT Muslim. That's not to say that in and of itself should be a reason to vote for or against him; it just shows what happens when people don't take the time to stay properly informed about the candidates (not to mention the actual political issues). If anything, Obama (and Hilary) has an added obstacle, having to win in the face of the ignorance and bigotry that still plagues our country. Do everyone a favor and learn about the candidates and their platforms, so that come time to vote, you can select the person that is most aligned with your own politics and values.
  17. Not as many people as your generalizaltion seems to imply are actually going to vote for him because he is African American. Anyone voting for him will vote for him because of his strong platform, as in any other major election in history. It's disappointing that you would feel that he's only leading in polls because of his race, when really you should be more focused on what he could do for us in this "crucial time in American history." His views on Iraq, Homeland Security, Seniors and Social Security, Healthcare, and the Economy should be our center of attention, not his skin color. Our United States Constitution is set like this: anyone over the age of 35 who was born in this country have the power to run for president, regardless of skin color, fiscal background, gender, or religious beliefs. Then, anyone over the age of 18 who is a naturalized or natural-born citizen that was never arrested under serious crimes can vote for which candidate they fill hold their best interest at heart. Why? Because we are all Americans, and our forefathers trusted us to know the right choice.
  18. Obama isn't a muslim and he was raised in a white world...he's probably more 'white' that you. A lot of people are voting for the 'christian' candidate..what's up with that? Isn't this a group that want to seamlessly merge church and state? Also, since 2/3 of blacks are more or less middle class they're inclined to vote for people that put their situation first...as Obama does....something that none of the republicans do. If you want to make a point, just support your thesis...we don't need any more BS tossed into the game.
  19. That would be an extremly critical mistake to do. Ima vote for him cause of his political respons on the important matters.
