3. Neither. He was 13 when the draft was stopped, so he was never eligible to a draft to dodge. We have an all volunteer military and the poor child chose to do ivy leagues school as they all do. I think he is a kid with no experience who has a great facade and a good story. Nothing else.

Bush's father got him into the Texas Air National Guard and Bush Jr couldn't even be bothered to finish THAT obligation. He just quit going to drill dates. The issue wouldn't be that big a deal (you know, he would just be considered a coward and not a criminal) if he hadn't done it during a time of War, namely, Vietnam. That makes the charge Desertion during a Time of War and that is a Capitol Offence. You can be shot for that in a time of war. And do you really want to talk child molestation?
