President Biden who knows?

Was Joe Biden president for a few minutes because Obama was sworn in a few minutes after noon and Bushs term was up, just a thought i had.

1. Yeah, I thought Biden did a pretty good job for the short time he was president.
2. No. The president elect becomes president at noon on the 20th January whether or not the oath has been taken.
3. No he was not. It dosent matter because Barack Obama became President at 12 noon, no matter what. The vice president always takes the oath firs, in a way they are "Saving the best for last.".All of the oaths were taken after 12 noon so Biden was never president before Barack.
