How much money is Barack Obama planning to spend on stem cell research?

I was recently reading that Barack Obama lifted the federal limits on stem cell research funding, but I was curious as to how much he plans on spending on it? Or where I could get that information for that matter.

1. He has simply lifted the ban. No plans for spending yet.
2. Any amount will be too much.
3. You mean how much are "we" going to be forced to spend? Obama has no money, his administration is bankrupt and he has already spent more of taxpayers money than any leader has spent in the history of the world, except for maybe King Solomon, with one major difference, King Solomon was Wise. Any money Obama decides to spend does not even exist, but then again...he's already having the federal reserve print another Trillion dollars...so maybe he'll just saturate the economy with more worthless funny money dollars and pay for it that way.
4. Probably not enough. There's quite a bit of catch up after the asinine Bush policy took hold.
5. The budget is still being debated, but I doubt that you could find a line-item for "stem cell research." What is going to happen is funding through the NIH and other Federal programs will be allowed to go to research programs involving stem cell research. Another failed Bush policy bites the dust. :-)
