1. Most of the credit card companies are located in Delaware. Delaware was the constituency of Joe Biden when he was Delaware's Senator.
2. That's pretty close ! Ralph Nader recognizes an extreme, fiscally irresponsible democrat when he sees one. Biden thinks nothing of giving unsecured loans, which is exactly what got us in the trouble we're in today !
