can i use a picture of barack obama for my products that i sell? or do i have to have permission?

i am selling products and i want to put barack obama's picture on them, can i do this?

1. No. You absolutely need permission. Unless the goal of the product is satirical which would be covered by free speech. But that will not fly for mass products you're hoping to sell in large quantities
