Indeed, I "thank" GOD for sending us a redeemer. President Barack Obama is a gift from God. He has presented himself worthy. I therefore, believe that President Obama and his family are protected by the Shield and Graces of God. What is your opinion?

Obama speaks ... the nation woos. Now he's taken office, and less than 24 hours later, you say he's a gift from God. Did you know that last week Osama Bin Laden issued a statement basically calling Obama out and questioning his resolve in the war on terror? A week after two GTMO inmates confessed to their roles in the planning of 9/11, Obama is circulating a draft plan to close the GTMO prison and cease the military tribunals. I don't mean to be too direct here, but I think you're naive. A lot of what Obama has proposed and what he favors will come with a tremendous price (you think his proposed $700+ billion stimulus is going to pay for itself?). Why don't you at least see how the first 100 days goes before you decide he's the answer to every problem. Here's a reality check about our new President: - President Obama is not going to change a single aspect of your daily life. - Your income level will not change as a ratio to your cost of living. - Your education level will not change. - Your daily burdens will not suddenly cease. - You will still have to pay rent and bills. - Your car won't be any nicer than what you have now. You are still responsible for your own life. If you didn't have a great one before, the inauguration of Barrack Obama isn't going to change that. The economy will not improve in the near future. The war on terror will not end. Terrorists will not stop targeting us (in fact, that part might even get worse - they think Obama is a traitor to Allah). Your dollar will go no farther than it currently does. Let's hold off on the Messiah talk. The Bible is very clear about the end of days and the significance of a "new world order" aligned under a charismatic false Messiah. If you are a spiritual person, look at Obama's voting records in the Illinois state senate and the US Senate ... you will see that he rarely votes in accordance with the Christian values he pretends to maintain. A little reality here ... let's be patient and see what the MAN does before we decide. I'm holding out hope that he performs better than I think he will, you should hold out hope that he doesn't disappoint you too much. Be careful of the standard you set at the beginning, he has a hard enough job as it is.
