Was Joe Biden really the 44th president of the United States?

It is great seeing Obama as our next president but... Since Obama wasn't sworn in until 12:07 p.m. wouldn't that make Joe Biden the 44th President while Obama was the 45th president. He was the one already sworn in when the clock struck noon. This is just a joking around question... so please don't actually take any of this seriously!! However you can share your thought...
