When will Joe Biden become the 45th president of the United States?

I am sorry but with the increasing numbers of white extremists groups out there I can't see Barack Obama living through his full term. When does Biden become president? I don't expect any to happen before Noon so Obama should make it as the 44th president. How much long he is still around after that is uncertain.

1. I personally do not support him but wish him all the best and hope nothing bad happens to him. And I really would rather him than Joe Biden as POTUS - after all, he supposedly did say "within six months of the Obama presidency America will be faced with another 9/11 attack."

5. It won't be long. I just hope he goes to Rehab first, and gets sober. All though, I would rather have a drunk Biden in charge, then a sober Obama.
6. technically Biden was the president for 5 minutes today. Bush's term expired at noon today and Biden was sworn in as VP. It took 5 minutes before Obama was sworn in, so technically Biden was President.

8. According to the twentieth amendment of the constitution, the former presidential and vice-presidential terms end on noon of January 20th. As of 12pm on the 20th of January Joe Biden was Sworn in, and president elect Obama was not. Making Joe Biden the 44th president of the United States for almost ten minutes. That would put President Obama as the 45th president.
