Why do people think Obama is going to change its stance on Israel considering these facts?

4. You are correct and why should he. It was either America or Canada who registered Hamas as a terrorist group in 1995 so it would not be a good idea to support a group who they label terrorists. 14. I think an awaful lot of people are going to be severly disappointed with Obama. Think about the pressure he must be under. The black power people whispering in his ear about rights for the black man, he military whispering in his ear about more cash, his own party wanting him to be a moderate and impress the electorate, the financiers whispering in his ear about the help and deregulation they need, international leaders whispering in his ear about what he can do for them, and so on and so on. When all along, the only thing that Obama will do is exactly what the true leaders of the USA (the money men) tell him. Which is probably exactly what Bush is already doing. So stand by for a lack of miracles from the new white house residents.
