Would you still want Barack Obama president if he was born out side the united states?
By law no one can run for the presidents office unless they was born in the united states. Rumors are he wasn't born here.

- That would cause major cities to burn themselves down happened in watts, happened before that . :] plus by the time it the case got through the court he'd probably be out of office anyway. No judge is willing to force Obama to do anything .
- Yes. . Would you still ask a question, if you had known it was ask on her 20 billion times already?
- Not even if it turns out that he was born here. I do not want him, Sam I am.
- Could we slow cook Bush on a grill while we look for the inconsistencies? Hey.You folks are so convinced.Put the boy at our disposal, and just work quickly to prove your point.
- "Rumors are he wasn't born here." And I've known since a was a little kid that rumors are usually untrue. This one is no exception. Same concept as when I was a little kid too - immature people making up lies about people to make them look bad. Seriously, disagree with him all you like, hate him, I don't care, but making up rumors about someone is just immature and childish.
- You just said that. RUMORS! what are rumors? You can't believe what others say unless you check his documents to prove if he was born here or not. I am a democrat and I still want him as president.
- Rumors? More likely, sour grapes since all records and court examinations result in a Hawaii birth. Personally it doesn't matter to me. He has an American accent, and I am internationally exposed, so that says quite a lot in itself.
- Yea, coz Martin Luther King Jr. predicted that their would be a change in America & Obama looks like the obvious change.
- Those are not rumors. He still hasn't been able to provide a valid birth certificate. But you see, he is a liberal democrat and those little things like laws and certain articles of the constitution can be overlooked.

- I'd want him as President if he walked off a space ship
- That is incorrect. Noone can run for President unless they are a natural born citizen. Being born in the USA is only one such way to qualify. McCain was not born in the USA but is a natural born citizen as his parents were citizens. The same applies to Mitt Romney's father who was born in Mexico but ran unsuccessfully for the Republican nomination in 1968. But the rumors you speak of have all been thoroughly debunked. Obama has presented a birth certificate stating he was born in Hawaii. The Hawaii Dept of Health has confirmed it is accurate and that they have the original on file. That is why numerous courts have summarily dismissed this already. Not one has found there to be any case whatsoever.
- I've heard lots and lots of rumors in the last couple of months. There is no proof that he was born outside of this country, the court refused to hear the case so I suggest everyone find something else to b*&^% about.
- We have many American diplomats whose parents were immigrants, people like Colin Powell, Henry Kissinger, John Shalikashvili, and thousands more, inventors, politicians, that I can't list them all. They all worked equally as the diplomats that whose parents were in the US since 1700's. Therefore, someone who did not born the US can also be qualified as a president, or a diplomat. Because, it is not your birth that makes you a loyal to your country, it is what you want to do for your country. The constitution makes as if you are not born in the US you can't be trusted, or be loyal. I am sure, many that were born in the US and whose parents were immigrants of the 1700's can still be betrayal as well. I have seen people that are more patriot than American born citizens. Because, these individuals don't take anything for granted. They don't complain about anything, in fact they appreciate if they have very little in America, because they had nothing in their native homes. It is the democracy, stability and diversity that makes these people appreciate and respect this country. Not whether they were born here or not.
- i will NEVER want that stupid f -ing obama as president.
- This should have been settled a long time ago and it looks like this never will be settled. Not matter what Obama does or does not do..this matter will never go away no matter what the courts say. I did not vote for President Elect Obama But I will just wait and see how Obama and the Congress do in 2009 All we can do is hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
