What experience gives VP Candidates Sarah Palin / Joe Biden each the ability to step in as president if needed?

If VP Candidates Joe Biden or Sarah Palin needed to step in as president if something happened to Barack Obama or John McCain, what experience that they have would give them the ability to do so?

1. Deep down, we all have to concede that Sarah Palin is a Bimbo. Well known for not being the sharpest tool on the workbench makes her an easy target for comedians. Let’s do a few. Enjoy! Do you know what Sarah Palin’s mating call is? "Oh, I think I drank to much." Sarah and Paris Hilton were on opposite sides of a river. Paris yelled, "How do I get on the other side?” Sarah yelled back, "You are on the other side." Let’s face it; Grandpa McSame has one foot in the grave and another on a banana peel. As such, there will probably come a time when Sarah Palin will have to choose a new vice president. I wouldn’t be surprised if it's good ole Paris Hilton herself. I can see them now sitting at the White house fireplace making smores, squealing with delight while talking about boys. Here's what I imagine to be an excerpt from Palin’s White House diary. Dear Diary, Paris and I woke up at the crack of ten thirty. Boy, did we party last night! Paris is so smart. Do you know what she told me? You know that band Ten Thousand Maniacs? Well there are really only five band members! I then went down to the connoisseur’s desk and guess what I found out? There is no connoisseur’s desk at the White House! You’d think a big fancy place like this would have one. I don't know how this place manages to stay in business. I got to go. I’m being paged to a meeting. It’s something about a new clear tipped something or another pointed at us. I’m starting to get the impression that this is an important job. I’ll write more later. Oh shoot, I just remembered, I can’t write later. I promised Paris that I’d meet her upstairs with her boy friends tonight. She said we’re going to do something with our clothes and something with movie camera’s. I didn’t quite get what she was talking about but I bet that I will later. Later
