What would John McCain do to make sure Congress move fast as far as enviromental issues like climate and green jobs?

1. I doubt that McCain will do anything substantive to push for environmental reforms. McCain is a clone of Bush, and there will be business as usual in Washington if McCain is elected. Obama is likely to be the one who could dramatically improve our global warming policies, and to promote green jobs.
