IS Ron Paul an official Presidential candidate?

Is he running on the independent? What about Ralllllllllllph Nader? Oops he's libertarian lol. VOTE RON PAUL 2008 :) WAS? wtf happened? I am not "tolerant" enough to live in "Frisco" but I have though about it.
