How much does the Canadian government spend to hold a bi-election?

Stephen Harper, the Prime Minister of Canada just dissolved Parliament and called a general election for October 14. However there were 3 bi-elections scheduled for tomorrow (September 8) and another for September 22 which have now been canceled. How much is this wasting the Canadian tax-payer?
