Do you believe that a 25 year career Senator, John McCain, can now be the agent for change in DC?
With a litany of lobbyists serving McCain's campaign, and his now unyielding support for all of Bush's policies, do you believe McCain's claim of being the agent of change in DC?

- No, he's the neocons' boy.
- And Liberals think higher taxes mean Change?
- haaa hell no chi!!!!
- No.
- Yes he is very capable and the right vote ;)
- i don't believe any republican can be an agent for change
- Yup, that's exactly what i believe. it's not like Obama's gonna win........
- He's a war monger just like Bush Sr and Jr. He will take us into the dark ages.
- most definitely he know what needs to done and he's mature enough to do it rather then the other candidate partying all night
- they seriously need to get him a diaper for his mouth, the crap is just spewing out.
- Yes, I believe he has tried to change politics from the inside for a long time now. What better to fix the plumbing than a plumber? John McCain is a very old and experienced politician - but this only helps change.
- Not at all. A vote for McCain is four more years of Bush. I don't think anyone wants that.
- Yes. Obama will change the country if he is elected as well. He will turn our great country into France.
- he is going to be unless hillary is vice
- He certainly has more experience in politics than Obama and Clinton combined, and definately has more experience in and understands better the military and it's applications. And for anyone who has bothered to research McCain, he's more of a Democrat than a Republican and his voting record establishes a HUGE difference between him and Bush.
- Of course not...He wants everything to stay the same....Just call him Bush number 2
- Yep - he'll change America from the liberal 3rd world nation that Osama I mean Obama would bring about!
- I dont want change for change sake. I want improvements. Obama will be a disaster if elected. He and his liberal cohorts in Congress will put the final nail in the coffin of the US economy.
- No, not at all. And it's worse than that. He's been drawing a government paycheck for over 50 years! He wants to change the Federal government? He IS the Federal government!
- heck no!!!! things will only get worst
- oh yes, yes. I beleive. Liberals are evil. They put the 4-toed footprint on Mars theyre so evil. McCain. It's not just a superfry.
- YES.... I really do Chi. Someone will need to change his bed-pan everyday if he gets in the White House.
- No more than I think Obama will. He needs Congress to help with anything he does. And just how many of the lobbyist friendly Democrat Senators do you think are really on Obama's Change Bus. The idea that Obama is lobbyist free is an outright lie.
- Nope. No more than Barack HUSSEIN Obama who also voted for the continuation of the war. Deal with it people. This country is a sinking ship and ya can't patch the leaks.
- He is to focused on military and war he uses to solve all problems and thinks that will save us but it will be our undoing
- Heck, no. He voted with Bush 98% of the time......
- The more things change, the more they remain the same. That is likely to be his legacy.
- Politicians do not change Washington, Washington changes politicians. No matter their background or political beliefs, every politician becomes part of the system the longer they stay there, no matter how independent they may seem from the rest of the herd. Obama if elected will become like the rest by the end of his run in the Oval Office. McCain is already like them in ways. It doesn't matter. The way you could ever break this is either overthrow the government and set up a new, unique system or get yourself a dictator who makes all the profound, long-lasting decisions. Republicans and Democrats are very similar and have very few differences really, so don't expect real change or great things in the next 4 years.
- Yes, he must change his depend few times a day. lol
- The agent of Change for in DC or did you mean to say in the DNC. McCain is the best Centrist Democrat in the Senate.
- And how can Obama do anything because he did not do anything in the Senated and for your change I thought you got that when you put that congress in place ,,you know the congress with the 16 % approve rate.So now you want to put someone in CIC with no experience at all , wonder what his approve rate will be after 2 years. lol
- Absolutely. His election would change the lobbysts, and PACs, and 527's, and special interest groups who have the most clout in DC. Washington DC needs an enema.
- Who stirred your koolaid this evening...? You really should read the DNC talking points with a decoder ring.
- all he will do is take care of the contracts he has with the Iraqi government. He will be there for many years. He has listed the other places he wants to into. This war is a lie. He is using the milatary as a way of getting this work done so he can make money. Nothing changes for the better with a con in office.
