1. He does not need to please christian wing of GOP Because Democratic nominee will be Obama and Obama will scare the s*** out of them anyway and they will vote for McCain regradless. Mitt Romney will prolly do, unlike Huck he will not scare away the moderates. But given the mess in Democratic party, McCain has very wide range of choices.
2. No - maybe short list for either or both of them....VPs main job is to carry big voting regions that candidate might not carry on his own......Gov. of FLA might be a choice.
3. I think it will be someone else. Huckleberry - no way! Romney - not likely, but I'd like it!
4. Its to early to say but he would be smarter getting Condi.
5. He should pick Huckabee if he wants to unite the party. Right now alot of people hate him cause they say he is not conservative enough. If he wants to win, he has to have someone the republicans think is conservative.
6. I hope Mr. Huckabee would not lower his standard to mccain's. If it did happen I would be in a rough spot to, I would still be hard pressed to help mccain into office.
7. No Way !! Mike Huckabee strikes me as kind of a Jokester. McCain is all about business
