How old is Republican Senator John McCain?
More inportantly why did Y/A block the same quesion about Democrat Senator Robert Byrd but run this one. Naw they arent biased. Byrd is 90 BTW. So why the concern about McCain?
Public Comments
- When God said let there be light, McCain flipped the switch.
- 504 in dog years.
- 71 (b.1936)
- 70 - Reagan was sworn in when he was about to turn 70
- 60 or 70 by the looks of him.
- really, really old......Alaska is younger than he is......
- 71 just the right amount of age and experience!
- He is 71 and he will be 72 later this year (he was born on August 29 1936).
- 71
- If any American refuses to elect John McCain based on his age they are guilty of discrimination based on the same federal law that protects them from discrimination (dems are lying, thieving, socialist, hypocrites)...
- Isn't he 71? I don't know why that is such a big deal either. I don't get it. Most people in my family live into their 90's bright as they can be. My dad is 75 and would make a great Pres. And Reagan was as old. In fact, I would be more worried that Obama is a little young (read lacking in life experience).
- Yes, Byrd is 90. But he's not running for President. McCain is. And as Bill Clinton said of Bob Dole, "I don't think he's too old to be President. It's the age of his ideas that I question." McCain is so old, the first guy he called a liberal substituting great speeches for sufficient experience was a 33-year-old Jewish carpenter in Jerusalem.
