Senator John McCain will not have enough Republican voters going to the polls in November. Do you agree?
Republicans will either stay at home and watch what happens or they will step outside of the box and vote Democratic. Mosy Republicans are tired of the war as quiet as they have been in this election. The democrats out numbered them 2 to 1 across the nation during this voting year. A wonderful change is coming in November. Senator John McCain will officially retire after November.

- One can but hope.
- Ummmmm.... IDK, BUT GO OBAMA!!!!
- I am from Michigan, I will vote Republican if the Michigan delegates are split 50/50 between Obama and Clinton just the way Obama wants it. Michigan spoke and so did Florida, they want Hillary and that should be honored. I am all for a re-run but making my vote irrelevant will not fly. Thats the reason Michigan and Florida should go republican or just stay home and hope for a Mcain Presidency.
- I agree.
- It's quite simple. John McCain hasn't distanced himself from GW enough to get a majority of votes. That will be the single issue that will make him lose the election.
- McCain will be supported by the Republicans just like the support that they gave to Bush.
- With light of the news of barack's radical church I will be voting McCain. I think it will only drive people to the poles. I was constantly saying I would vote democrat regardless of who they run, but not now.
- Actually, few Republicans will vote for Obama. Fewer still would vote for Hillary. But McCain agrees with Democrats on a lot of issues, so you'll see the vast majority of anyone who considers themselves "moderate" voting for McCain. He's going to win the Presidency.
- He will if it's Obama
- I am not so sure of that. I think depending on the outcome of the democratic contest, it could energize the conservative base.
- Obama is finished, get over it. McCain will get all the lost Obama votes. McCain 08.
- Look who he's running against. Hillary is so hated that the fear of her becoming president will bring out Republicans and Dems in record numbers. As for Obama, he is done. He has been exposed. The speech was incredibly hateful and anti-American. Obama called this guy his inspiration and his mentor. After 20 years there is no way Obama could not know how this guy felt. It also goes with what he wrote in his book about not respecting whites, his refusal to wear a flag pin, his refusal to salute the flag at a political event and his wifes comments about never being proud of America. Add it all up and you see that Obama is anti-American and is probably a black radical.
- This is a lie. The independents like him, some Dems, and most Repub.s, save a few conservatives. He will have plenty of support. Even the news channels predict he will win slightly over the Democrat.
- I think you may be right. That's why it's so important to support Hillary. Does anyone in his right mind want "President Obama"?
- No, I don't agree. Also, there will be many more crossovers voting for him than Obama, especially now.
- I don't agree. Republicans are known to be solid voters. It's the Dems that have a shaky voting record.
- Don't count on it, If it looks like Hillery will get the Dem nomination thru superdelgate back room dealing. The Dems stand to lose a sizable number of Black votes.
- I think there will be a lot of "conversions" when voters get into the voting booths in November... It looks like McCain will win easily...
- No, I don't agree.
- Go crawl back under your rock. Your dreaming and wishful thinking is getting to you. You are becoming delusional.
- Does the Kool ade really affect your dreams this badly??
- You are wrong! McCain 08
- The Republicans I know plan to go to the polls, but so do the Democratics I know. I don't disrespect the other candidates by saying Senator John McCain is a decent and sincere man. Some may not agree with him, and he may not always be right, but he is a good and decent man. We should all vote for the candidate who best represents our views, but have respect for them all.
- no, i disagree. the GOP will turn out in droves to beat back the Democrat agenda regardless of who it is. I am a moderate who leans to the right but I do know alot of moderates and independents who will not vote for Obama based on his extremely liberal policies and Clinton will turn some independents to her side as she is more of a centrist than Obama but even more Republicans will turn out against her...
- Disagree. Every other word out of the Democrats' mouths is 'change'. Nothing changed when all the other Democratic presidents were in office. Nothing changed when they took over the House. What makes you think it will be different this time around? Get a clue, because nothing is going to change except a raise in taxes.
- Have you listened to the news cycles from the past two weeks? McCain may take the US in a landslide.
- No way do the democrats out number the republican s 2 to 1. That is a made up figure and you don't show a source for it either. In case you haven't noticed,it is the republicans that voted for McCain over whelming and nominated him some time ago as their choice. The democrats in the mean time are truly split in 2 and they don't know who they want. So I feel that your statement is all wish full thinking on your part.
- Dear god I hope all the republicans don't show cause the last thing we need is another 4yrs of Bush because that's what you'll get if you vote for McCain!!!!!!!
- Never sing victory. It is too early to say. First Ms Clinton and Mr. Obama will have to solve their differences. It is true that Mr. McCain seems "weak", but things can change overnight. Of course I am against the war and willing to give my vote to ANY democrat to finish these two wars: in Afghanistan and Iraq, once and for all. Damn! If democrats nominate Snoopy, Charlie Brown's dog, I'll give my vote to Snoopy. I won't vote for more wars. P.D.: Me mistaken? HA! You are the one mistaken. Say that to the 4,000 men killed and the tens of thousands of Iraquis killed in your dirty war.
- McCain has a tough road ahead of him, but he's pretty good at overcoming the odds. I think you are mistaken about Republican views on Iraq. They will support someone who is working to achieve victory, especially since the situation in Iraq continues to improve. Recent polls now show that slightly over 50% of Americans believe we can succeed in Iraq. Who do you think they will count on to lead the US to victory- Clinton? Obama? Not likely. The election will likely be determined by independent voters, as are most elections, and McCain has a good chance of getting support from them. Don't count your chickens before they hatch.
- I agree! Obama 2008!
- McCain will be our next president.
- nope they will be there, trust me i will be one of them obama is history
- Don't agree with you premise that not enough Republicans will be going to the polls Don't forget in the primaries, to cause havoc in the democratic party, many republicans voted for Hillary in order to tighten the democratic race and not let any one win that quickley. Republicans (and moderate democrats) are not tired of the war, yes they want the troops home, but they don't want them to come home loosers. Hillary is not a very personable, likeable person,. her socialistic views are not to popular with many of the moderate democrates who will probably vote for the old guy Obama is extremly liberal, in fact most of his ideas are facist. Not sure if some of the Democrats want their taxes raised or the retirement plans put in jeopordy. He will carry the very young voters (if they show up) and the uneducated blacks, So don't sell the republican short
- I will be at the poll not only as a voter but, as a worker. My vote will be for Senator McCain. Thanks for asking.
- Many people don't vote until the general election. Democrats show up in large amounts because many of them are fighting over whether they want a woman or a black to be the president, and same hate either Hillary or Obama, and will refuse to vote for the person they didn't support. Most Republicans will show up because of one of the following reasons. 1. If Hillary Clinton is on the Democratic ticket, every Republican will go to the polls, vote for McCain, just to keep her out. 2. If Hillary is the president nominee on the Democratic ticket, Obama supporters will vote for McCain, claiming that Hillary is racist against blacks because she didn't drop out to support the first black president. Everyone will claim that she did another one of the Clinton scandels to be their nominee, and will not vote for her because of this. Also, some people think that a woman wouldn't be respected by other countries as our leader. 3. If Obama is on the Democratic ticket, anyone racist against blacks will vote Republican (I wish there were no more racists left, but the world isn't perfect). Also, many people will not vote for Obama because his wife is considered unpatriotic, and their pastor is racist against whites. Also, some people will vote Republican fearing that someone may kill him because he's black, possibly the KKK. 4. If Obama is the president nominee on the Democratic ticket, some people will not vote for him because they think other countries may not respect him as a leader. 5. They are both too liberal for America. Obama had the most liberal voting record in the senate in 2007 and Hillary had the 16th most liberal voting record in the senate in 2012. http://nj.nationaljournal.com/voteratings/
- Could be right. I'm Republican and I won't vote for him. From what I'm reading here, he may pick up a bunch of Dem votes, though.
