how can people hate obama i am 20 years old and i though i would never vote in my life but i did cause i like the issues obama had , my grandma who 60 only voted 2 before in a primly in sc where jessie jackson was in but didnt vote unitt this year and this wil be our 1st geneal election we vote in my question how can you hate obama if is not ause his black, most people hate him cause there are racist

9. Yeah, you can't use that reasoning that if you don't vote for Obama it's because you are a racist anyomore than you can say if you don't vote for McCain because you are a racists. That idea is good in high school but not for a Presidential Election. The ones that hate him are the ones that think we can win the war. It's that simple. They have a big stake in this war and as you have seen Hillary almost beat him and she was on his side. All because of the war... she was for it. If she was against it like him, she would have lost a long time ago because she is much more consertative than Obama. So that is what you are seeing now is the consertatives that believe in war and still want to get even for 9/11. I'll tell you a secret though. I bet a lot of these racial comments on all these questions are from people that are not racists but want to insite racist as they think there are a lot. I don't think there really are or Obama would not have come so far. The people who hate Obama, hate him because they are either racists, believe the lies and rumors they've heard or are just plain afraid of anything different. 16. Bullslt I am not racist, I would jump at the chance to vote for Colin Powell. Your problem is that you are 20 years old, based on your age you have as much political experience as Obama himself. I, like your grandmother am 60 years old, at my stage of life one would think that I would be more inclined to vote for the candidate that promised more handouts. But if there is one thing that I have learned is that no country has ever taxed itself into prosperity. How can liberals scream about the 4,000 American soldiers lives that have been lost in the last 5 years while the ignore the 7,500,000 babies that have died in the US due to abortion, that is about 4,000 babies every single day of the year. I don't hate Obama, I hate promises of raising taxes, even if it is just on those that make over $200,000 a year. The fact is that the top 25% in income pay 85% of all taxes collected each year, this means that the remaining 75% of income earners are only paying 15% of all taxes collected. Exactly what changes is Obama proposing ? seems to me he is not going to say. While a Senator Mr. Obama voted "Present" more often that "Yea" or "Nay" what is his stance on the issues ? you can't tell. I know that you are voting for Obama based strictly on race, but you really should read what the two candidates are about and where they stand on issues of importance without looking at what color they are. I think that you are being racist by making the statement that people won't vote for Obama because they are racist. This is not the 1960's anymore.
