14. You, and everybody else, need to draw your own opinion. That's what's expected of voters. They aren't required to write an essay justifying their votes. My reason for why John McCain should not win the election (and I'm not saying he shouldn't) could be as simple as "because that's what I believe". My source would be me, and my reason would be factual.
