What can we expect with Karl Rove backing John McCain in the 2008 election?

Does Rove still have the power to kill 3 million votes through caging lists? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/programmes/newsnight/3956129.stm Will McCain have a premature heart attack or become a sock puppet affixed to the nation's red right hand? What influence will Rove continue to have?

3. He will be arrested for contempt of Congress and give McCain's campaign yet another black eye.
4. Nothing. He is not involved in the campaign and thus cannot set the policy or direction of the campaign. I know you libs like to say Rove cheated for Bush twice, but he won twice and in politics that is all that counts.
5. Whatever influence Rove has in person, the campaign will be run straight from the Rove playbook. It has been so successful in the last two elections that the Republicans would be fools not to use it. And Swift Boat tactics? Expect a boatload.
