Who will Hispanic voters choose, Barack Obama or John McCain in the 2008 presidential election?

According to past polls Hispanic voters supported Hillary Clinton over anyone else, now who will they support with her out of the presidential race? Barack Obama is doing well among African-American voters as he has 90 percent of them supporting him, just 10 percent are for John McCain. What are the polls showing with Hispanic voters who seem to be very important in this years presidential election as they may make the difference between winning and losing! Do Hispanic voters favor Barack Obama or John McCain and who by what margin should there be any difference?

  1. neither!
  2. This Hispanic loves Obama!
  3. they wont vote but the polls show a 55 45 obama lead obama in 08 baby prepar for the right kind of change and mvp is better than mcbush
  4. Most hispanics will probably favor Obama, but Cubans will heavily favor McCain. Same as usual.
  5. It depends, presently between the two there seems to be split support. however if Obama chooses Bill Richardson fot his VP the part Hispanic governor of New Mexico I think Obama would get the overwhelming majority of the Hispanic vote.
  6. yesterday on msnbc it showed that obama had 60+ % of hispanics.......I remember people on tv awhile back saying that mccain voted for or supported something that dealt with immigration (that hispanics did not like) and that was the reason why many hispanics that usually vote repub is voting democratic obama 08'----we can do this
  7. its gonna b obama cuz hispanics want a black president 4 a change
  8. Well , as Hispanic I'm reluctantly going for Obama. Reluctantly cus I think he changes his position on things through his campaign, but I definitely don't want George Bush's admistration repeated under McCain. He wants to drill for more oil that will eventually run out and there isn' anything about renewable energy under his plan as far as I've heard. His energy incentive for taxpayers he proposes wont make up the bill for the rising gas prices yet to come, plus he is for this foreign policy that ships out too many jobs out of America and into India and elsewhere. Lost a job because of this. I'm not happy either way but I don't want what's already been done under McCain.
  9. I just crack up when you all keep thinking that Obama is going to win this election! How did Al Gore do? He won the popular vote. History shows that there are JUST ENOUGH more Republican votes out there for the electoral college. As long as McCain doesn't shoot himself in the foot, get ready for "President McCain"
  10. McCain: Yes! (si!) Obama...who?
  11. Who cares? It doesnt even come down to our vote? Its the electoral college. We only do the primary vote, which chooses the 2 people who will run.
  12. Barack Obama.
  13. they dont have to choose, they get amnesty either way someone who sneaks across the border illegally already has more representation in either of these candidates, than the American citizen
  14. Most likely Obama. It would make sense that Hispanics would favor a black over a white. Hispanics are a minority too.
  15. Obama - they know for sure that he will promote the illegal alien invasion.
  16. The most recent poll was released earlier today and shows Sen.Obama with greater than a 2-1 lead over Sen.McCain. Here are the figures: Obama - 66% McCain- 23% According to the article, President Bush got about 40% of the Hispanic vote in the 2004 election. If the poll result was repeated in November, this could have a major effect on swing states like New Mexico, Arizona, and Florida.
  17. They will side with Obama.
