Do you agree with Rudy Giuliani that Obama is riding a wave of anti-Americanism ?
According to The Hill: July 10, 2008 Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R-N.Y.) said Thursday that Barack Obama is capturing 'an anti-American feeling' responding to Obama telling a town hall audience in Georgia that their children should learn to speak Spanish. "Well this is why he is a popular candidate in Europe, because there is such an anti-American feeling and he is sort of capturing that," Giuliani said on MSNBC. http://briefingroom.thehill.com/2008/07/10/giuliani-obama-capturing-an-anti-american-feeling/ http://www.redlasso.com/ClipPlayer.aspx?id=09730c76-5fa9-48d6-95c0-8dc4001aac22 As a patriotic American who loves the USA, I must agree with the Mayor's analysis.

- Nope. I completely disagree. America was founded out of rebellion from the status quo. He is riding a wave of pure Americanism.
- No, that's a good thing. If you teach people Spanish, you can understand others who speak that only. But right now, we need to learn Chinese.
- Giuliani is right... and I think he would have made a better president. If Obama is so popular in Europe.. well, let him go there and be king... we do not need one here!
- No, he doesn't know what he is talking about and Spanish is and will be the second language. he was only giving good advice because knowing both languages will give a person an edge on life. If you weren't so dumb, you would know that, I like Malka M, this is someone who really knows what is going on!!
- He will always be anti- American period no matter what lies he tries to feed us!!!!!!!!!
- No. Giuliani is an idiot.
- You sound Muslim. We all know you Muslims support McCain. Americans are smart enough to see you people for who you really are. You Muslims are finished.
- Rudy should know cause 911 is the biggest divider of all times and then they had to cowboy it up and send our boys off to kill Saddam cause Daddy didn't do the job in the first place. We lost as a nation. I love my country I own this country as much as the next guy. I went into the Navy same year as Iran took our people hostage and surprise dirty deals done and the free when Reagan took off and we sold them weapons we made this miss look in the mirror and say I didn't do it to my own country all of own this mess we made by our lack of understanding the constitution and trusting old white men to take care of us. Never again they said after Vietnam and look what we did
- YES!!!! almost every person i know who likes obama, also hates their country! they blame our government for 911, most believe everything that happens is some kind of conspiracy.it falls just short of treason! talking about military plans on national t.v! criticizing our president in front of every terrorist and communist in the world! our country hasn't sustained it self with such cowardly talk and actions by most democrats! you got a problem with policy, talk in private, if your not in office you have no bis knowing too much!! congress and the president, and generals should run the war! not all you lames behind computers with your star buck coffee!
- I have to agree.You sound like a Muslim.
- No. Rudy Giluliani is upset because he couldn't make it very far in the run for the President's spot.
- I think that Obama's encouraging people to learn foreign languages is a poor example of anti-Americanism. That sounds more like being pro-education and wanting us to be competitive in the world again. However, it is no secret that Obama draws most of his support from the America hating left. I mean, MoveOn.org was backing this guy for crying out loud. He has endorsements from Michael Moore, Jane Fonda, Kim Jong the Second, and Jimmy Carter. This should tell you something about what kind of wave Obama is riding on.
- Most of Obama's supporters are anti-American. They hate this country, the values on which she was established, the military who have fought to protect the freedom they have to spit their hate, and it's their hate that bonds them behind Obama. The liberal media is quick to point out America's shortcomings in the eye of the world yet never focuses on the wonderful contributions this country has made to mankind. Giuliani was stating the truth. Vote sane, Vote McCain 2008
- The horse anti-Americanism rode in on this time is named George Bush. Hes been an embarrassment to us and the rest of the world has called us on it. Especially since the he was re-elected. The rest of the world has seen fit to doubt our intelligence.
- Sounds feasible to me...yes....
- NO I NEED UNDENIABLE PROOF!
- I BELIEVE IT!
- My dear Reverend: I agree with the Mayor. Anti-Americanism is nothing new. Many of the current crop of malcontents are simply regurgitating Stalinist propaganda, whether they know it or not. Some pander their totalitarianist agendae to Americans through self-righteous attempts at emotional blackmail--an effective way to manipulate those inheriting America's unique blend of Judeo-Christian and Enlightenment ideologies. On the other side of the anti-american spectrum are factions enviously engaged in a neurotic effort to explain away the loss of status and strength wielded by their own fondly-remembered past "empires." Self-inflicted brain drains tend to weaken individuals and nations, whether through mental demoralization ("lowering of the bar"), learned helplessness, and confusion as to individual identity, or through the bureaucratic and physical forces of mass persecution. _____________________________ I think that this is a must-read, as are the author's books: http://www.encounterbooks.com/books/anam/anam_intro.html
- I agree. All of our enemies love him. The good news is that the media doesn't get to vote so he won't be elected. He is not all that they portray him to be. His wave will crash in November and he will think it was a tsunami that slammed him into the sand. http://obamawtf.blogspot.com/
