Black run countries and barack obama- sorry but this is third world and third rate?

Anyone who is under any illusion that black run countries are anything better than third world ghettoes are kidding themselves. Therefore the story goes if all the carribean and africa are shittily run the politicians must be pretty shitty as well- sorry they are third world and third rate and barack obama is just another page from this painful novel. 1. they have very poor track records i would agree it would seem that many leaders take the opportunity to bleed their countries dry while lining their own bank accounts .... some african countries rely on aid which doesn't seem to get to the people who need it there are many tribal wars in africa where billions of dollars are wasted on military items while the population starves there is poor health care in many african countries with millions of aids orphans being produced every year - where is the education that might save lives? too much money is soent b these leaders trying to make themselves look important and powerful while the countries often are not able to support the population with enough food or work rampant inflation etc etc

13. Why are you pointing the finger at Barack - does it happen to be because he's black? What if he was white, or chinese or jewish or anything else? Why are you even associating Barack with poorly-run third-world countries? What have they got to do with each other anyway? Oops, I forgot, same colour is it? Is that really the depth of your insight? Many "black-run" countries have major problems with stability and corruption. This isn't because they are black, it's just the situation these countries were left in after the white colonialists looted everything. In addition, they were given extremely high-interest loans by the west to help them develop but the conditions attached were stringent and unachievable because it didn't take into account their poor level of infrastructure etc. This lead to corruption etc. Not all african-countries are poorly run - Ghana is a case in point (which didn't take a loan by the way) - and many Caribbean islands are doing alright, even if they are poor. You need to read around the subject before spouting off ignorant comments.
14. There may be a much truth in what you're thinking. If we consider that Barack is the protege of Jeremiah Wright then that black people are being conned may be spot on. Just as Jeremiah Wright has lined his pockets from his freak show that dupes blacks, just as is reported that many leaders of African nations do the same, then why is it such a leap of assumption that Barack will mislead and disappoint blacks while increasing his wealth.
