How do I report questions and answers which spread lies about Barack Obama?

There are so many people who disagree with Barack Obama and they are obviously racists and lairs and should be reported at once. I am high school teacher and I can tell a lie when I see one. But unfortunately I cannot figure out how to report them. Please, explain to me.

8. Just because you disagree with someone doesn't mean that they are lying. No one but Barack Obama knows the whole truth about his life. Accusing people of lying over this is ridiculous. You are just as wrong in my eyes as they are in your eyes.

12. I looked at your answers, and it's easy to see that you are not who you claim to be. You're just trying to stir up trouble. I can spot a lie when I see one.
