If Mitt Romney is elected president does that mean Baptists will start having more than one wife?

I am from the South (in Massachusetts now!) and about all southern Baptists I know would benefit because they are doing so much in secret!

1. The answer to your question, if I understand it correctly, is no.
2. no they wouldn't. Mormons don't even practice polygamy (having more than one wife) anymore. Nothing would change as far as Baptists go.
3. They don't now? Oh, you mean at one time. No, they'll probably just stick to their mistresses.
4. Of course not. Romney's religion should have no influence over anything and few Mormons practice polygamy. In any case, if alternative marriages are such an important thing, then the rainbow coalition should be out in strong support of polygamy.
