Why dont more people look into Mitt Romney for President?

1.He has proven he can turn around a bad ecconomic situation-USA Olympic. 2.He is a Family Man and knows the importance of family, 5 boys and a lovely wife. 3. He would be sympathetic to research for deseases. His wife has MS. 4. He wants to abolish the death tax. 5. He wants Seniors to be able to get good health care. There are so many other good points he has to offer.

  1. Honestly, He is a Mormon... Since he is running under the Republican Party, he wont get many votes from the Bible Belt Conservatives.
  2. Okay, so he has a lovely boy and 5 wives. But is that a good thing?
  3. That would require some of these people to do research. I applaud that you did
  4. Because we prefer Ron Paul.. Who in addition to addressing the financial problems of this country, he wants to restore our freedoms, restore the constitution and end the assult on our civil liberties. Keep the government out of our private lives, keep them out of our homes, off our phones and out of our pocketbooks.
  5. Because the man scares the everliving shit out of me, is a monstrous homophobe, has only won one election in his life Is the most fake person I have ever met, and can't pick a side on an issue
  6. I honestly don't know. The mormon thing plays into it among evangelicals, but as for the other conservatives, I can't see why they would support a borderline liberal (McCain) over a strong fiscal conservative (Romney). MITT ROMNEY: TRUE STRENGTH FOR AMERICA'S FUTURE
  7. The Mormon issue is a turnoff. The Mormons are still considered cult-ish by some. I mean, Come on! The Angel Moroni??? the Book of Mormon???? Too far out...
  8. Some people are narrow-minded and bigoted. It isn't only possible in race - it can apply to religion . Sorry thing to think of our country. When Kennedy ran we had Catholic bashing - times haven't changed that much. ~~~~~ Edited opinion ~~~~~~ Give me all the thumbs down you want - the truth is that many people are religious bigots. After 9/11 we were told not to judge Muslims but no one else is allowed the same religious freedoms?
  9. Because he will turn Washington into a big business corporally run dump.
  10. Because the Liberal Democrat news medias have decided that McCain is the easiest Republican to defeat in the Election. He has so many problems, mistakes and flip flops, that he is an easy target for them to beat. They are scared to Death of Facing Mitt Romney!
  11. Yeah and not to mention his health care plan has been a disaster in Massachusetts's,he's flip flopped more times than Brittney spears has made mistakes,he has no experience with foreign relations and he laughs at the constitution. That's why more people don't look at Mitt Romney.
  12. Plus he is a globalist who wants to turn us into the NAU what's not to like?
  13. He is a Mormon. Have you researched the background, teachings, beliefs and practices of the Mormon religion?.
  14. He has the best skills. American is the land of of religious freedom..that's why this country was founded in the first place anybody remember that.... make people should wake up and remember that Because we do not have religious freedom in America Why is this election about religion it is so bogus.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UbDihEAqBdA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGstRDqyauE
  15. Mitt Romney is the most intelligent, most honest, and best qualified of all candidates (both parties) running for the oval office. Romney is the greatest example of family values and integrity. Unfortunately, the U.S.A. is a nation of politically-correct idiots, and have been brainwashed by empty, shallow and callow frauds, such as the fat racist, Oprah "Sinfrey". Strange things have occurred in the past, so there is always hope, the people will awaken, and vote for someone who is truly American, respects our flag, and will do everything within the scope of his office to save our country. Romney is clearly a fresh new wind blowing across this nation of corruption, crime, political-correctness, and apathy.
  16. I've looked into him and I don't like the health care plan that he put in place in Massachusetts. Under his plan you would be fined over $200 a year for not having health insurance. Not everyone can afford or needs health insurance so they choose to pay the fine instead. I get sick at most once a year and it is by far much cheaper for me to pay for my own medical bills than it is to buy health insurance. I also don't like the fact that he flip-flops on the issues.
  17. I think that there are two reasons: I think its because there are religious bigots who won't vote for him. The media encourages that. Have you noticed how many questions they ask him on doctrine and church history. How many questions like that do they ask the other candidates. Have you heard them ask obama about his schooling in the madrassa? Have they asked huckabee about how blacks as late as the 60s and maybe 70s weren't considered good enough to go to the same church buildings as the whites? The list of questions could go on and on. But, it seems like Mitt is the only one who is asked questions about his religion. If people want to know about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints they can go to: http://www.mormon.org/mormonorg/eng/basic-beliefs/jesus-christ-our-savior/jesus-christ It isn't Mitt's job to explain the teachings of the church. It is his job to answer questions about political issues. The 2nd thing is because Mitt is a conservative. The media wants a liberal president so they are pushing McCAin. Most of the media are democrats and liberal and they feel like McCain will be easier to defeat and if by some miracle he wins they still get a liberal in office. The media is manipulating the election coverage to push their liberal candidates and the people are falling for it. I am voting for Mitt on Tuesday. He is the only candidate against amnesty and he is more qualified than any of the others. I also like that he isn't career politician and he isn't part of the Washington establishment. We need change. Change will not happen by electing someone who is part of the current problems. If McCain or huckabee end up being the republican candidate I will vote 3rd party in the fall. A lot of conservatives will do that as a protest vote against liberals hijacking the republican party.
