  1. Do you honestly think he is going to win? I dont support his policies anyways.
  2. Americans will *never* embrace Libertarianism. Nor can Libertarianism work in a modern world Libertarianism = Fail The problem with you Paulbots, is you have no comprehension when it comes to what the American people want and you will never understand, as you are too caught up in your own demagoguery.
  3. Ron Paul is amazing, I agree...but I'm not quite sure why he is a republican...aw well.
  4. The guy makes sense. That's what scares the hell out of people. The American people just isn't ready to face the truth because of two reasons: fear and being ill-informed.
  5. No, I am not afraid, but he is not a viable candidate at this time.
  6. I was interested in Ron Paul, UNTIL he started with the conspiracy theories. He then started feeling like a nut job who did not have what it takes to deal with that kind of pressure.
  7. Infernal Disaster, if you would know your history at all, Libertarianism was the idea the founding fathers had in mind when creating the constitution. Now, while I support Ron Paul 100%, I know for fact he's not going to win. Also, Ron Paul is a Republican because when the republican first started out, they had very libertarian ideas as well, but then the republican party became what they are today - conservative a-holes.
  8. Government is possible because people CAN co-operate. Government is essential because people CAN'T co-operate. It's not a question of 'love', it's a question of setting up an enforceable framework that produces the greatest good for the greatest number. The person that asked this 'question' misses a major fact. 'The government' isn't an outside self-imposed alien force imposed on the people. 'The government' IS the people. The only people hurt by 'government' are people or institutions who, in their attempt to deal, steal, swindle, rob, dip-in or rip-off take advantage of some loophole in the law, or, they simply 'game' the system to the disadvantage of those who do not deal, steal, swindle, rob, dip-in or rip off. Generally it's huge trans-national corporations that suborne governments and are able to remove themselves from the gaze of law enforcment. Without governemt looking over the shoulder of the richest and most influencial entites in our society, these enties are tempted to enrich themselves at the expense of society as a whole. A complex first world society that allows corporations, individuals or associations to operate in the dark always leads to trouble...Doc Paul has seriously overstated his case! No kiddin'!
