Rudy Giuliani wants to censor the Internet. Does this make him unfit to be president?

He confessed to wanting to engage in that barbaric practice called Internet Censorship today at the Debate. Is Rudy unfit to be our President? By the way, Hillary has said the same type of crap in the past, so if the 2 of them run against each other, I'll be voting 3rd party.
