How does the electronic election works for the presidency? Can you please give me all the info about it?

4. Electorial College? This is a complicate issue that goes back many years. It was set up to have all the states votes count instead of the popular vote. It goes back to the beggining of our country and every election people complain about it but do not change it Sometimes a man/women can get the majority of the popular votes but lose the elcetion as the Electorial college deligates votes different and they elect the POTUS..it has happened in the past.
