Is Mitt Romney finished campaigning or can he make a comeback?

So far, Romney has came in second twice and won first only in Wyoming. Everyone says he would be finished after a lost to McCain. Well, he lost to mcCain. Is it over for him?

Public Comments

  1. Put a fork in it. He's done.
  2. If he does not win in Michigan it is over for him
  3. he has plenty of money so he isnt finished. He will likely win in Michigan and a few other states on Feb 5. If he doesnt win in Michigan or on Feb 5, he is done. I hope he loses. I cannot stand him.
  4. He Won in Wyoming and came second in Iowa and NH. I wouldn't say he going anywhere, anytime soon. Personally I don't like him, and wouldn't want someone in office that believes in "Gods" not GOD. I am supporting Ron Paul but after seeing his results today will only 15,000 votes, I'm disappointed
  5. I hope so. He did nothing for Massachusetts when he was Governor.
  6. He isn't going anywhere. He has a lot of money to burn. I think he is the only candidate that can last til the end and still have money. Its not over for him. It will come down to Romney and McCain.
  7. Two seconds and a first, of the three states so far. That's a better showing than any other candidate, so I don't see how you can say its over for him. And he'll likely win Michigan.
  8. He is having a hard time because he hasn't tapped into Change, the theme of this entire election. He represents the status quo, which the majority of america disagrees with in this time. Whatever his fate, the direction of this election is invigorating for uniting our country in a common purpose. Lets just hope we can cut lobbyist influence on our government no matter who is elected. No individual standing in this country would personally support the policies we have, and the people who do support it are bought in some way - which is not personal.
  9. Now Romney has nothing to grasp on to in order to gain momentum. There's handwriting on the wall, will he read it?
  10. No no no...Romney is NOT done. Keep in mind that he HAS won Wyoming. He came close twice. Romney had to fight Iowa, which has 60% evangelicals. Many Christians will vote for Huckabee JUST because he is a christian. (BTW, I am a christian, but am not ignorant enough to vote for him.) He did EXTREMELY WELL in N.H. tonight. N.H. is a very liberal state, keep that in mind. Mitt Romney keeps getting most of the thousands of the votes in Iowa and in New Hampshire. THAT IS IMPORTANT because McCain did very POORLY in Iowa. Huckabee did POORLY in New Hampshire. Mitt Romney actually has the most supporters. And yes - Romney will win Michigan, no doubt about it. Plus, no other republican candidate can beat the democrat nominee, except Romney. Romney is very intelligent and business smart. Let's fix our economy and get rid of amnesty before we get ourselves into a recession.
  11. Hope springs eternal codeman. I only hope Mitt continues to waste more money as long as he's on this ego trip. I think the nomination will go either to McCain or Huck. I wouldn't be surprised to see a strong McCain/Huck (or vise versa) ticket heading into November.
