What a mix-up Harvadite and Casaul Joes? Is this when a person like Guiliani or Thompson breaks the fray. Mitt Romney in this race scares me because he has a "fixd 'em" resume and for some reason he think he can fixed a Nation with an Olympic Resume and Crash and Burn corporate story. Asked him how much money he made on the consultant fees and the carry.

  3. I would like to see a Romney/Hunter ticket, or maybe a Romney/JC Watts ticket. I think it takes someone who understands the economy to fix our problems. I think that Mitt is the only one running who has a chance to help get us out of the financial problem we are in. We have most of our economic problems because politicians have tried to fix things by growing government. Big government is never a good thing. Politicans throw money at problems and that usually creates new problems.

I say all the time that romney is there for the money ( why else contribute 20 million to your own campaign) and his resume makes gordon gecko look like a novice - ( nobody talks about how he reorganized corporations to be more profitable he shut down plants and shipped jobs overseas to cut costs ) -Mccain would leave the border open and for $5000.00 dollars(if you broke our laws) you get your green card ( his way of raising more money for the govt and at the same time decreasing labor costs across the country -what happens when that money stops coming in and the govt budgets that grew because of it can now not operate without it - you guessed it higher taxes for people who are now making less - I think many republicans will see this and just no show come november giving it up to the dems

  7. Bush's Federal prosecutors are just sitting on Norman Hsu hoping Hitlary gets the nomination. If she does they will offer the guy a get out of jail free card to tell all he knows about her crooked campaign financing. No mater which GOP candidate wins if they are up against Hitlary they will win.

  14. What does it matter what Mitt made in consulting fees if this is what the market would bare? Mitt is a tremendously successfull business-man. As head of Bain Capital their internal rate of return was 113% each year. I think he was there 14 years. He came back to Bain and Co (the "parent" to Bain Capital) when they were ready to crumble and made them profitable again without layoffs. When he took over the Winter Olympics it was nearly $400 MILLION in the hole. In the end, it turned a $100 MILLION profit. As Massachusetts governor he inherited a $300 BILLION deficit. He balanced the budget every year, he cut the retroactive capital gains tax, and he vetoed every chunk of pork he could (800 vetos), he cut waste, and streamlined the government. He did this ALL without taking pay (for your information...Rooster). I'm behind Mitt 100%... I can't imagine him ever teaming up with McCain who is not a true conservative where it counts.... I like the idea of Mitt Romney and Duncan Hunter, but I don't think enough people know Duncan. It's been hard enough for Mitt to get his name out there nationally. VOTE MITT ROMNEY!!!
  15. should hillary get the democratic nomination, she'll be enough to ensure that another republican president will be elected. she and the diebold electronic voting machines, of course.

  17. I notice people automatically think of the existing candidates as VP potentials. There are many choices much better than these.
