Is it true Mitt Romney ran a sanctuary mansion for illegals?

I'm 18, never voted before, and I am a biology major so I don't know much about politics, but I heard that Mitt Romney (GOP candidate for president), hired illegal aliens to mow his grass. What I find very amusing is that he running on an anti-immigration platform and even supported amnesty at one point. He seems like a snakeoil salesman. Is this all true about him hiring illegals, and yet hypocrtically running on anti-immigration platforum?

1. No. Some company he hired to do work at his mansion hired illegals. A desperate attempt by Giuliani to knock down a front-runner, because he wishes he was one himself..

3. Out of all that were standing on stage last night, the only honest one of the bunch was Ron Paul. People can say what they would like about him, but the fact is...the is a 10 term Congressman, he ALWAYS votes in regards to what is Constitutional (that can be verified by looking at his record)... All the others are doing nothing but telling you what you want to hear to get you to vote for them.

5. No, actually the co-contractor he hired was employing illegal immigrants, but he didn't know. On illegal immigration Romney is pretty straightforward- he is opposed to granting legal status to the 12 million immigrants, and is opposed to supporting a legalization plan for illegal immigrants - whereas Guiliani and Mc Cain are in favor of such a plan. 7. The illegals probably did a great job and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Just because you are against amnesty doesn't mean you are against all illegals. I for one have seen the way these people live. How can the same people who want to help the people in Iraq be so hard on our Mexican neighbors? Yes some come demanding rights and acting like they belong here; but some come just to survive. To get help for their poor families. Hiring illegals doesn't mean you want them to come and take over the country. I do believe they should come the right way and above all learn English. Once they are here should we let them starve? People even feed stray animals. I think the problem is the government makes it too easy for them to come here. In some places they can just walk across the border. If I lived in Mexico, I would be coming to America to get help too.

9. No! Mitt Romney hired a outside company that did some work around his house, but apparently some of the workers who worked for the company were illegals! Mitt never knew about it! And quite frankly it wasn't his business to go up to the workers and ask for there green card just because they didn't speak english! THERE WAS NO WAY FOR HIM TO KNOW! So how is it his fault?
10. A company hired the illegals and he hired the company. The same thing happened to me. I hired a labor ready company to haul stuff off my property. They were all illegals. My story gets worse. I didn't realize who these people were until my neice ran in the house and said two of them cornered her and she was scared. I called the company to get them off my property. They left all right along with a chainsaw and tools from our shed right in front of me. I could do nothing to stop them. We called the police only to find out that we had a long and hard investigation ahead of us. None of these people had names, social security numbers or anything to trace inorder to have them arrested. The company claimed they never sent those guys. Who knew that these days a person has to check everything before hiring anyone. Do you?
