What would happen if one of the joke write-in candidates won the election?

Like, per say, if Mickey Mouse actually won the election? Would Eisner step in as his representative, would they grab a random Mickey mascot from Disney Land/World, or how would the problem be dealt with?

1. Obviously asked by someone who has no clue how the electoral college works... Take a civics class.

But it seems that in this election, the media has dubbed Ron Paul as a joke... and I think it is possible for him to win the election if he gets enough supporters to nominate him in the primaries... that is as close an answer as I can come up with to your question.
