What do you like about John McCain as president?

What are his positions on how to stabilize the economy? How to approach the illegal immigrant situation? How to alleviate the worldwide gas crunch that is affecting us? What are his ideas on health care? The always tenuous state of the Middle East? The growth of China and India as economic powers? The deteriorating democracy in Russia? The need to upgrade many of our interstate highways? Anything that is a real issue? If you have other issues you support him on, tell me. IF YOU CAN'T SAY SOMETHING NICE, DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL!

6. He's a veteran. He has served his country. Right now, that's No. #1 with me. Personally, I'm waiting until we have just two major candidates, then I'll do more research as to where my vote will go. This "process" need not go on for years (plural.)
7. He has age and knowledge that the other two do not. He's been a senator longer than both of the other two put together not to mention he's the ONLY one with military experience. I like him fine.
