If Barack Obama is elected President will he disarm and dismantle our military?

Would that not be the easiest way for his Mentor to take control of the US government? Louis Farakhan the leader of the Nationof Islam, a radical muslim group has called for the takeover of the US and has also put his support behind Barack Obama?

12. No, of course not. Not if he wants the American people to be safe and win the war on Islamic Terror. That is after all, the primary mission of the Presidency. A President ignores that responsibility at his or her (and our) peril. Now having said that, I was unfortunately involved during Bill Clinton's initiative to the cut the size of our military 50% precisely at a point in our history where we were 3 times more committed than ever after the Gulf War. Somalia, Kosovo, permanent presence in the Gulf, etc to say nothing of the War on Terror in Iraq and Afghanistan. So now we are stretched way to thin to protect our interests and our safety...9/11 was a direct result of a President ignoring chances to defeat the enemy AND greatly reducing the ability of the military and itelligence forces to combat real threats. If Sen Obama is a student of recent history, he will quickly realize what it is really going on in the world and support the brave men and women who protect us...
