How can I attain wealth if Barack Obama becomes president of the United States.?

I'm asking this because he wants to over tax those that make, $250,000 dollars plus a year. It would almost be 50% percent of there eranings. This would almost destory anyones aspirations to become wealthy. Thus destroying what makes this country great !!! He needs to go after the double digit millionaires because $250,000 is not rich.....

10. I doubt mcdonalds is ever going to pay you 250,000 a year or more so your safe. As it is, most of us do pay about half our income in taxes when you really calculate it out. Every time you buy gas your paying 17 cents per gallon federal + whatever state is. You pay sales taxes, federal taxes you don't even know about. As far as the aspiration to become rich, it will still be there. Our tax system is progressive, so you will never end up with less money by making more.

12. Yah those people with 250,000 income live in cities where cost of living is extremely high! Its like making 50,000 in a small rural town. They will probably have it really tough finding a small apartment to live in, maybe a studio. Im being serious. People who make more than that, will have to fire and lay off their employees! Now, if you're THAT worried about what to do with all your money, invest in an IRA and pay taxes when you take it out when you're 65 or whenever. That, or realize that damn near everyone in Europe pays so much in more taxes, dollar for dollar, than everyone in the States, and then realize that Europe has its share of millionaires too. Thirdly, give up your earthly possessions, because life is not a game based on "who has the higher 'score,' or more money, when he or she dies." 24. We all spend what we make no matter what the figure. Incentive to gain wealth and security will cease to exist. I know for a fact that people have moved from states with high taxes to ones with lower ones. If Obama wins that won't be an option. People will start putting their assets and money in offshore accounts so they won't have to pay taxes on it. We don't need to tax the rich, we need a better tax system. A flat tax or a fair tax. Just remember that wealthy people don't pay as much taxes because they can afford to buy shelters. That goes for the left side as well as the right. If the tax system was fair and even across the board there would be no need to tax the rich.
