President Barack Obama: Is Senator McCain ready for this change?

President Obama will bring unity to both Democrats and Republicans and bring our brave soldiers home within a reasonable time frame.

Public Comments

  1. There will never be unity between Dems and Repubs
  2. He will not unite them -> take a look at his voting record, he's as far left as one can get. Only a moderate, willing to work with both parties would be able to do such a thing... wait... someone like McCain i suppose. weird. And Obama won't be election president either.
  3. What change? I keep looking for answers. No one has them to post. The idea you post is Hillarys as stated in debates. Hillary says this and Obama nods his head.
  4. Instead of asking is McCain ready for this, why don't you ask if Americans are ready to open up their wallets and fork everything over for the socialist programs that he plans on instituting?.
  5. We will at least have competant leadership
  6. Aerosmith said it best... Dream on.
  7. Put down the pipe! There will never be unity. After Obama runs the show, there will be no show to run.
  8. No and No on both!
  9. Although I am British, and it does not really affect me,I would prefer not to have a left wing mixed race American President. No problems as McCain will win the main contest anyway
  10. Actually, during McCain's career on Capitol Hill, he has reached out and worked with more Democrats and Republicans alike than any other member there. Obama has done nothing to show he is even attempting to try and get along with the other party. All this is going to do is convince the Republicans to vote against any proposal he has to get our troops out of Iraq. In all reality, McCain is the most likely candidate to unite Capitol Hill.
  11. ~~~~~ The US Senate has had a year to start bringing home our brave soldiers. They have shown that they are all talk and manipulating the troops. The strongest leader that is honest and up front is McCain. Obama will NOT pull out the troops. He is just preying on our fears.
  12. Obama if he is elected , will do nothing about Iraq, until the military and corporate people who want the war say he can.....
  13. Your fairy tale nominee knows nothing about the war or the economy. His tax plan will drive this country into a depression. He is the most liberal senator. He will not bring anyone together and he will make a joke of a president.
  14. Hmm. After tearing up the Democratic Party by accusing a strong potential nominee of racism because she dared mention that Lyndon Johnson's pushing for and signing the Voting Rights Act into law made Dr. King's dream a reality, and after driving women ages 45-75 away in droves, he's really a unifier. A lot of these women will not be there in the fall if Obama is the nominee. Then, when a lot more "typical white people" see the endless reel of Reverend Wright's antics during the general election season, they will unite behind John McCain--possibly the worst Republican candidate since Bush 41. If by some miracle Obama were elected (and I realize he is a deity, and thus a miracle is possible), then he'll discover how "postpartisan" the Republicans are. He's starting behind the 8-ball on his alleged health care reform package anyway, by not pushing for universal coverage. The Republicans will know he has nothing to negotiate downward, and they will eviscerate him. Then the happy hopey/change crowd of Obama worshippers will realize they bought an empty promise. If you want change, vote for Hillary. If you want a savior, go to church.
  15. Do you realize that he very rarely did/does anything in the Senate in a bi-partisan manner.
