If Obama wins he will be sworn in as BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, the 44th President of the U.S.A. How would you feel
about and/or what are your thoughts calling the President of the Untied States of America President Obama, President Barack Obama, President Barack Hussein Obama? No his middle name has nothing to do with it. I just thought this was an interesting question that other's would also find interesting.
Public Comments
- Fool me once...you cant fool me again. He's a terrorist.
- It wouldn't bother me one bit.
- He will NEVER be sworn in. At that point I would have to let the country go and move to London. I am leaving if that racist is elected. btw Why does "Fdm" wear that stupid hat kind of a stereotypical avatar for an Obamaton don't you think?
- well i think he is a person completely against whites since he has attended a church for years ware the revrend preaches about how bad white people are every wweek and now all of the sudden obama says i am not going there any more because he hates whites but his sermans have been going on for years
- Well, his NAME is Barack Hussein Obama. What else would he be sworn in as? I'm supporting him so I'll feel just great. BTW, president's are usually addressed by their surnames. His is Obama... Obama 2008
- i feel like moving no matter who wins
- I would say that the people that voted for him are just plain naive and blind to the fact that he's a racist and supports racist people/groups - i.e. The Black Panthers, Farakhan, his pastor. He even has a friend that is a known terrorist. It's sad and pathetic, to say the least, that there are Americans that support this idiot!!
- I will be thrilled because I know he will be an incredible president. Seriously, is his middle name your argument? Does this mean that anyone named Ted should be prevented from success because another guy named Ted (Bundy) raped, brutalized, and murdered people? hmm... Hussein is an incredibly common name. get over it. grow up.
- great. happy
- They will never elect that crack head.................ask larry.........
- I'd pray for Israel.
- Well what about his running mate and BFF osama bin laden, that worries me too. I hope someone assasinates him. Unfortunately only the good presidents usually get assisnated.
- Shame.
- I would feel very uneasy. I just don't think that sounds like a President of the United States name, but then I didn't like it much when Jimmy Carter was president either with that thick accent.
- Hussein?! Why would a man named Hussein be named president? That's like having someone named Joseph as president. What a terrible name! I mean, Joseph Stalin, DUH? Anyone with a name of Joseph must be an evil commie!
- For the first time in my life embarrassed to call myself an American!
- Are you attempting to make an issue about his name? If so, it's irrelevant.
- I would feel fine about it, of course I am not a inbred racist moron
- It is not his name that bothers me. That is irrelevant. His dirty methods of campaigning and the company he keeps is why I will never vote for him.
- You are just immature. Rather than bashing people becuase of the name their mother and father gave them, lets focus on important issues.
- I won't vote for Obama because his speech is vacant not because of his middle name.
- Pretty damn good. They elected George Washington president, even though he had the same name as the King of England they'd just fought a war against, didn't they... Considering Hussein is a very common name, both first and last, associating him with any other Hussein is ridiculous... And as for the religious insinuations of your question, it would be very inspiring to see the country rise above its religious bigotry, and, since Obama is not a Muslim anyway, its absurd, hysterical and paranoid political process as well.
- I would be very happy and proud that the citizens of our country are intelligent enough to elect the best candidate. Go Obama!!!!
- You know the most common name in the world is Mohamed, right?
- Its unfortunate that we cannot name ourselves. Hmm, would you have named yourself assie, oops oh, was that alzie, what does it mean?
- Normally when they refer to a president, they use his first name, middle initial and last name. George W. Bush, George H.W. Bush. they called president Nixon "tricky dick" so whats the big deal. what is wrong if his middle name is Hussein? Lots of German Americans were named Adolph during WW2. Find a real issue, other than a name.
- How will I feel? I will say 'MISSION ACCOMPLISHED'. I am a 35 year old hispanic for Obama. Working class and 10 year military vet. Bush and McCain are 2 peas in a pod.
- Sick to my stomach...he is a CLOSET MUSLIM I dont care if it has been debunked, havnt we learned from Bush? People can lie, he will be the Constantin of the Muslim world and you could say goodbye to Israel.
- In the very unlikely chance this will happen, since his chances against McCain are about 10-1 against Obama, I would say, once again the election was stolen; I would be selling off everything I own and moving on out of the country; give up my citizenship and live a life of relative peace in a country that doesn't have a misogynistic election code that says "only males can ruin (run) the government" good bye USA hello world.
- He won't ever be President. And if for some reason he does become president, god help us all in America.
- He'll probably be sworn in as Barack Obama. He doesn't use his middle name very often, and I'm pretty sure the president's preference is honored. I do think it's a beautiful name, don't you? I like the fact that the first and last names are both accented on the second syllable. That must be another "first" for American presidents, eh? In fact, can you think of any other president whose *last* name is accented on the second syllable? I thought of two: Monroe and Buchanan. Were there any others?
- If someone had the middle name Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Manson, Bin Laden, Satan, or Billy Bob it would not matter to me as long as he served our country well. I am sure I could come up with someone in history with your name that did something horrible. If that is not the angle you are going with then maybe it is more of a racially motivated question. The name of the person who sacks my groceries, that babysits my child or runs my country does not matter. It is how they conduct themselves while doing their job that matters.
- I left America five years ago when I thought that Hillary would be elected, and I'm still not convinced that she won't. I really wouldn't put ANYTHING past her. She is ego-maniacal, power hungry and I won't even start to descibe her negative qualities.
- I think it's great. It will prove once and for all that America is finally living up to the words in the constitution and the declaration of independence.
- I will feel awesome. That would be sooooo cool to elect someone with that name, because it will improve our world reputation.
- I'm indifferent. I get angry that some people have a problem with non-anglo names. I also get angry that some people think it would be cool.
- I named myself from my mothers womb to.
- Elated
