How about Obama for president and Ron Paul for Vice President?

- I'll take that. If we want change, lets get serious! Most people might not agree but oh well.
- Sounds alright to me.
- now that a great ticket obama for president
- Nope. You had me at Obama, but lost me at Ron Paul.
- Ron Paul president, Lieberman VP.
- funny
- Wow, a democrat and a republican... now that's progressive, lol... call me a cynic but it's not gonna happen.
- how about letting oprah *the devil herself * take obamas or was it osamas position and let ron paul put the pieces back together again as the other two destroy all we know and may not love all of it but dammit its still free to not like it yes? with them the freelancing muslims will take over and we will have to bow at the sun and pray for 16 virgins ..which mind u will probably be dead , donkey, virgins and not what those materialistic sorts pray for.
- Now THAT would be interesting!
- So for my response I am totally ignoring the fact that the two do not have similar views on much of anything. But otherwise: Ron Paul would have to be the President and Obama the VP. Obama is way too young, has barely any experience (versus Ron Paul's 10 terms) and his current economic ideas won't do anything but push us further into debt. He's not a bad guy, but I believe in paying your dues. And I think Obama could learn a lot about the economy from Ron Paul. He would teach him things that would give Obama's ideas more practical applications. It would definitely be a way to unite the progressive voters of the country (from both parties, since Paul is the most progressive Rep. candidate & Obama is the most progressive Dem.) I have no idea how you are proposing they settle the vast differences in their views though?
- Riiiight, two losers. Hell, that would get the US motivated now wouldn't it.
- Whoever gets to be President, if they don't implement many of Ron Paul's ideas, things will keep getting worse. But he doesn't have to be VP for that to happen.
