Who here is voting for Ron Paul for President?

He's still in the race. he hasn't withdrawn yet. that's a myth. Media doesn't talk about him because McCain won the Replubican Nomination.

Public Comments

  1. Who's Ron Paul?
  2. does he have a chance in hell?
  3. About 8% of this nations republicans. Yeah, he's soo constitutional, thats why he isn't for a government by the people for the people nor is with his own party on main issues such as the Iraq War. Lol, he is nothing in comparison to anyone I know.
  4. you apparently...
  5. Is that even possible anymore?
  6. NADER!
  7. I am
  8. I like him but nobody will vote for him. So a vote for him is a vote wasted. I wish somebody would vote for him because McCain, Obama, and Clinton all suck!
  9. Nobody, cause he's out of the election ;D
  10. I am! People who are still asking "Who?" Ron Paul is, better take their head out, it's smelly in there. A wasted vote is one cast for someone who you think is less evil than the alternative. I will hold my head up proudly and make a statement with my write in.
  11. Nope, I can't vote for a guy who claims to be a libertarian yet is against the right to an abortion. Also, I don't even agree with some libertarian views such as the 2nd amendment. It is an old law which was in place to make sure Americans were armed in case we were invaded, as we had no standing army. Now that we have a large military and police force, it exists just so that gun nuts can hunt deer with assault rifles.
  12. I am. There is no other choice. I don't care if it is a "wasted" vote to me I cannot stomach anyother choice.
  13. You and about 0.5% of Americans when all is said and done. Everyone else will either stay home or realize that voting for Ron Paul is voting for the one they would least like to win by default...and it does not matter who their least favored one is, it is true in either case. That is like voting for the worst of two evils by default. SLK...but what you do not get is voting for Ron Paul is voting for the worst evil by default....the only statement voting for Ron Paul makes is that you are dumb enough to throw away your vote. I agree that the choices suck, but I will vote for McCain because he sucks less than the socialist twins. Tyler...you are absolutely wrong about the 2nd Amendment. We had the Continental Army. The well armed militia was guaranteed in case GOVERNMENT overstepped. The militia and military were and ARE two separate entities. The militia were the PEOPLE! Fox...they only say that because they DECLARE at convention. The only way that McCain will not get the nominee is if he dies or becomes too sick to run. Vince...I think all of the candidates have bottoms on their feet. "soles" You might think Ron Paul is the only one with a SOUL, but he has no brain...not that either of the dems do.
  14. what party is he runnin for? because if he is actually running in the general election ...i still wont vote for him
  15. He isn't running! I voted for him in the primary though. He's still in the primary, but he said he wasn't going to run for president as a third party candidate so you can't vote for him for president, just in the primary.
  16. They keep say McCain is the "presumptive nominee" meaning he is not officially the nominee. There is still a chance for Paul to run the the finish line while turtle McCain makes his way soon.
  17. he dropped out already... the only republican left is mccain....god help us...
  18. not me
  19. Tell ya what? If Ron Paul gets more than 100 votes, I'll eat my foot off....
  20. I CONT VOTE CUZ I'M TO YOUNG BUT I WOULDN'T VOTE FOR HIM
  21. Ron Paul is the only candidate with a SOLE!!! Definitely even if it is a vote thrown away. Its not a vote the end of Democracy
  22. I believe in the guy, and I'll vote for him even if I have to write him in. Heck, I'd vote for Mickey Mouse before any of the big three.
  23. I am. I'll be writing him in, I'm sure. So be it. JWThoughts: A wasted vote is voting for one of the awful choices we keep being given every four years, and in doing so we tell them that it is an acceptable thing to do. That we don't mind having to choose between bad and worse. You can believe that they'll be taking note and continue to give us what we've apparently asked for-- bad, awful and terrible. Tyler D: Ron Paul is not against abortion rights, he is against abortion, personally. There is a difference.
  24. I don't vote
