is clean election are possible to be happen? how can we have a fair and clean election?

our president is accused for cheating during the election. money is dominant in our province they can buy vote. violence are expected during the election.

Well, unfortunately i have no idea where u come from, The only way is to have the Eu or USA or UN monitor the elections and then make sure that people were allowed to vote freely and w/o temptation. IN the short run nothing ill change as far as corruption, but in the long run, things might change, give it time... thats the key
