  1. About the same as 97% of the population...no way
  2. my worst nightmare
  3. Not gonna happen.
  4. A big improvement over what we have in office right now, and I can say that for just about any of the candidates running.
  5. In an interview on 'Meet the press' about a month ago, he said Abraham Lincoln 'started the civil war to free the slaves'. If he is that confused about history, should he really be considered seriously?
  6. Like 94% of other Americains.,But, he has a chance. if he runs indepentant.
  7. Ron Paul has some very good ideas - unfortunately, when the subject turns to foreign policy, federal taxes and numerous other subjects, he has some really loony and radical ideas that are just plain unrealistic and scary.
  8. Hell Yeah!!!!! The good Dr. No Knows that DC needs a colon cleanse. He would practice international diplomacy rather than globalized, centralized, socialistic empire building. Bombing a country that arguably had nothing to do with 9/11, is NOT good foreign policy. Spending trillions overseas, while mortgaging our children, is not good foreign policy. It is socialistic trash coming from the demopublican party. Of all the candidates, who voted no? Ron Paul. I cannot believe people who call him crazy. He is the only sane candidate. These "crazy" labelers may enjoy being porked by the government, but Paul wants to give you back your freedom. Will you take it? Or will you be reduced to nothingness by your fear?
  9. Strongly agree. Those who disagree simply have not taken a government class and/or read the Constitution to memorization.
  10. I would feel Very Good about Ron Paul being elected President. Unlike most of the other posters I have studied his Constitutionalist platform for over 30 years now, and will give him my full support. I grew up in an era, as did Ron Paul, when American families stuck together through thick & thin, neighbors went out of their way to help each other out, Most Americans were completely Honest,,,,,,America had a "Growing" strong economy that exported a "Surplus" to the rest of the world. There was "No" welfare!......And there were "Less" homeless in those days than there are now.....Vets were treated with respect, inflation as in higher prices, was very low,,,,my mom volunteered as an unpaid Red Cross worker....Call me & Ron Paul old fashioned...but I have fond memories of America in it's yesteryears. Ron Paul is a live American political Hero, that despite constant criticism is "Fighting" to revive what the founding fathers established in writing, so many years ago. Thank you for the question. *********************************************************
  11. I feel that he would make a very good president. His foreign policy is very smart. It would help our relations with other countries. Right now, no countries really like us. They for the most part think Bush is an idiot too. But that's not the point. Ron Paul wants to get us out of Iraq and the 130+ nations that we have military stationed in. These countries definitely do not feel too strongly about us at this point. He is NOT an isolationist, and anybody who considers him to be is just uneducated. Here's a quote from his site: "At the same time, we must not isolate ourselves. The generosity of the American people has been felt around the globe. Many have thanked God for it, in many languages. Let us have a strong America, conducting open trade, travel, communication, and diplomacy with other nations. " So yes, I feel very strongly about having Ron Paul as president and I believe anybody who has studied the Constitution and history feels so as well.
