Why has John McCain allowed Illegal Immigration to flourish though his State of Arizona?

Does this Constitute some one who is tough on terrorism, when he allows 25 million illegals to walk through Arizona into the inocent other U.S. States? John McCain is a Republican isn't he?

He "says" he has changed his mind on illegal immigration............HOWEVER, I DO NOT see the border being built, and his stance is a go on amnesty for those illegals who are here at the present time. Truthfully, with the 3 major candidates to date, THEY ARE THE SAME........and will take this country in the same direction, which is a bigger government involvement in our daily lives...which to me is the WRONG DIRECTION. It is a shame that people do not realize this, and do not INSIST on a candidate that will take back this government for "we the people".
