Is Barack Obama a muslim? If he is, why are Americans voting for him?

With our country in the midst of international chaos, isn't anyone concerned about this mans belief system? Rude answers show immaturity, not asking a valid question. I was aware that this was a rumor, but most rumors are based in some partial truth and I was hoping someone had some informative information on the issue. Secondly, I'm not against Muslims by any means, but their faith is a very important part of who they are. This wacko "blind" belief that some of you have expressed is disturbing. ALL sides of ANY presidential candidate should be closely examined.

  12. He's not a Muslim. Even if he was, unless he wanted to enforce Islamic law on America, it wouldn't affect my decision to vote for him or not. Frankly, I think all of this religious questioning of our presidential candidates is tiring. We aren't supposed to have a religious test for office. I don't think it's anyone's business.

Huckabee is a Christian preacher, and I would not want a preacher for President. As long as a person supports the separation of church and state, and does not let their religion influence their politics, you vote for them on the issues, not on ther religious beliefs.
