Condi Rice as Vice President with John McCain?
I thought it was a bad idea because of her association w/ President Bush, but now I'm starting to think it might actually work. Do you think it is a good idea? Why or why not?
Public Comments
- she is going back to school, she is not running, at all!!!!!!
- No, he needs a strong conservative with a strong economic background. Rice is great, just not for that position. I would like to see her run for President some day.
- No she would be great. Her Slam against Diane Finestein will live in my mind forever. Colin Powell would be better though.
- I think she'd make an excellent VP. I think she's one hell of a Secretary of State. I really like her.
- I am a democrat and I would not mind..very much. But I would rather see her or Alan Keyes become president or both of them running on the same ticket.
- Dr Rice would be a great choice if she would take it, a very experienced, knowlegable, fair and intelligent woman. I would vote for her if she ran for President actually. This from a "bitter typical white guy who supports having guns and supports clinging to REAL religion that doesn't preach racism and hatred"
- She would be an excellent Vice President.
- No, Mitt Romney
- That would be totally perfect. They would balance out and I think they could really help the country.
- No, but how about VP to Barack Obama? I will ask that question. He reaches over party lines through his politics and circumstances, so why not with the highest office in America?
- Doesn't matter who VP is McCain is to Old to be president. POW's have serious "Diplomacy" Issues! Obama 2008! Ebony & Ivory President!
- Great as a V.P. But wonderful as President
- Please go to PBS.org and access Bush's War. It documents the battle between Colin Powell and Cheney and Rumsfield over the war in Iraq. If she had sided with Colin Powell, we wouldn't be in Iraq. She can't explain why she thought war in Iraq was a good thing. But if mcCain wants to run on the war in Iraq then he could name her so she can defend her decisions. It would hand Obama the biggest landslide in history.
- she's not interested. i really don't think republicans are ready to vote for a black lesbian no matter how conservative she is.
