IF John McCain is Elected President will his VP be in charge of the nuclear football?

McCain cannot legally own a gun because he collects a PTSD disablilty from the VA, so it would logically be illegal for him to have access tot he 'Nuclear Football' used to authorize a nuclear strike.

Additionally if you really are a veteran, and if your really do have PTSD, do not get caught with your guns. The gun control legisation passed in January makes your possession of a weapon illegal.
